Santiago is one of the founders of W-Project. Being half Belgium and half Colombian has shaped him into a curious and adventurous person that is always ready to discover new cultures and embrace our multiculturalism era. He has already proven to be an excellent leader, team-player and visionary by doing high level sport and coaching sports teams. As a former scout he has also developed essential values such as discipline, meritocracy, altruism, humanity and philanthropy. Moreover, Santiago has substantial experience in Supply Chain and Project Management. This has allowed him to gain know-how in manufacturing, accounting and retail management.
Théodore de Ville de Goyet
Théodore is one of the founders of W-Project. He has lived in Belgium, Ireland, Spain and the United Kingdom. This international background has shaped him into a polyvalent and accomplished facilitator. Also, Théodore has always embraced his social entrepreneurial spirit and proved to be goal-oriented. In fact, he participated in the construction of an open space in Brussels called Melting Park. The park aimed to promote family leisure activity and preserve the remaining green spaces by planting more trees and encouraging nature-related activities.
Antoine is the company Graphic Designer. He suffers from a genetic disease, which gave him strong philanthropic and empathy values. He has always been fully committed in helping people in similar situation. Antoine has previous experience in the caritative sector and has a degree in graphic design. This has equipped him with a solid capacity to take part in the development of W-Project.
Pauline is the Community Manager of W-Project. She is currently in her last year of bachelor degree at Vesalius college, majoring in Global Communications with a minor in Media studies. Her multi-cultural background gives her a wider perspective on social issues and allows her to interact with a broader public. Her main characteristic is her passion towards creativity and Pauline is eager to apply her creative skills to benefit the W-project.
